 Jerry V. Hernandez, PC

Jerry Hernandez has represented victims in personal injury law his entire career of more than 32 years.  During this time, he has won many trials against the biggest insurance companies. Though too many lawyers view trials as burdens, Jerry absolutely loves trying cases and is a firm believer in the power of the jury system. He is often requested to speak to lawyer groups about trial tactics and was named a Top Personal Injury Lawyer in 2017 by S.A. Scene Magazine.  

Jerry was born and raised in the south side of San Antonio, where he graduated high school and then went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in 1985 from the University of Texas in Austin. He earned his law degree from California Western School of Law in 1988.

Away from the office, Jerry enjoys following his San Antonio Spurs, and has also coached a championship AAU girls basketball team. 

 Carlos Garcia

Carlos Garcia has practiced law for more than 30 years.  He has represented plaintiffs and defendants and also served as in-house counsel.  Born in Corpus Christi, he grew up in San Antonio and graduated from South San Antonio High School, where he was valedictorian of his class.  He earned his bachelor’s degree in History from Yale University in 1985 and his law degree from Stanford Law School in 1988. 

When not at the office, Carlos is a devoted husband, family man and animal lover.  He and his wife are actively involved in their church and they enjoy traveling.

 Jason Linnstaedter

Jason graduated St. Mary's University School of Law in 2016.  After graduation he began practicing law with a focus on litigation in the employment and business law sector. Subsequently he has expanded his litigation experience working with Jerry V. Hernandez, PC where he currently practices personal injury law. Jason is licensed in the State of Texas as well as in the Western and Southern Districts of Texas Federal Courts.
            During his time as an attorney Jason has zealously represented employees in complex and high value litigation cases including employment discrimination and personal injury claims against defendants ranging from private employers to governmental entities. Currently his practice focuses primarily on plaintiff side personal injury cases where he has excelled as an advocate, being recognized as a 2021 Rising Star Attorney by the magazine Scene in S.A.
            When not at the office Jason enjoys traveling with his wife. He is also a musician who loves the guitar and a voracious reader of history.

 Amanda Muth

Amanda L. Muth has practiced law since 2017, earning her Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law where she was a part of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. Prior to joining our team, Amanda practiced in the areas of family law and probate. In 2019 she earned her Guardianship Ad Litem Certification and was also recognized as one of the 10 Best Attorneys by the American Institute of Family Law . She was also recognized as Best S.A. Lawyers of 2020 by Scene in S.A. and Best of the Best Top 10 Estate Planning Attorney in 2020.  Amanda has always worked in the legal field and has since been dedicated to helping others.

Amanda was born and raised in San Antonio and enjoys spending her free time at her ranch, working out and traveling.
